I believe what I did was within the PGXL utility screen, to click on the setup icon (cog wheel) and then choose firmware recovery, which then requested the location of the firmware software on my pc.1 -

Could it be that between your 2 above displays, your antenna gains are different and your vertical and horizontal scales are different? With your 20M scales expanded, and antenna gain increased to 8d…1 -
